Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Westco Fitting. We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the merchandise is unused, unworn, and still sealed in its original packaging, unless otherwise specified in this policy.

To process a return, proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued within 14 days. Refunds will be sent using the same payment method used for the original transaction (such as credit card or PayPal).

If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, the original shipping costs will be refunded in full.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the item back to us. Westco Fitting is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. For this reason, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds without confirmation that the returned item has been received.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is returned with all original components and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • Products that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons

  • Items that have been combined or mixed with other goods after delivery

Westco Fitting reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the conditions listed above.
